We are all stories. I want to live in a world filled with curiosity and kindness. Where everyone shares stories with each other. Where we all belong, and can share space with abundance.

Belonging matters.

I am an Indian immigrant building a life and business in the US. I know what it’s like to belong to many things and not completely belong to either.

I am also an anthropologist, mediator and facilitator worried about our waning ability to have difficult conversations with each other. So, I am invested in building a future of genuine human connection.

And I want to focus on workplaces.

Having worked in corporate America, I know how crucial modern workplaces are. It’s where we meet new people, build connections, learn powerful lessons, and find ourselves.

I believe that workplaces of the future will invest in interpersonal communication so their multigenerational, multiracial workforce can withstand change and build relationships that are professional, respectful, and collaborative.

You don’t have to be best friends with your co-workers but you do have to feel respected by each other to work together.

My experience and expertise:

  • With a Master's in Cultural Anthropology from University of Pennsylvania, I understand the complexities of multicultural identity, code-switching, and culture.

  • As a certified Mediator (40hr training in accordance with M.G.L. ch.233 § 23C in Boston, MA) I know how to make space for emotions and conflict in a way that helps people move forward.

  • I have been holding space for deep personal and messy interpersonal discovery for 10 years (focus groups, ethnographies, board meetings, brainstorms, offsites, and more)

  • As an Associate at Essential Partners, I hold space for depolarization, nuance, and difficult conversations. And train facilitators to do the same.

  • 8+ years managing clients and teams taught me the importance of equity, language, and the power of inquiry.

My favorite moments were when I got to set up teams, manage people, and coach executives - asking the right questions and enabling people to find their own answers.
